Clinical Services
Virtual outpatient psychotherapy for children, adolescents, young adults and their families in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota.
Therapy is designed to meet people where they are to develop a comprehensive plan for improving physical and emotional health. It may sound overwhelming, but you are not alone and you are in the right place to start.
Diagnostic Assessment:
During our initial appointment, I will conduct a comprehensive diagnostic assessment to gain a clear understanding of your current concerns, personal goals, and the areas you wish to explore or improve. This assessment helps guide the therapeutic process by identifying your unique needs and strengths. Based on our discussion, I will offer tailored recommendations and collaborate with you to develop a plan that supports your goals and promotes meaningful progress.
Individual Therapy:
Individual therapy with Hallie is a collaborative, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on in your life—emotionally, mentally, and relationally—without fear of judgment. Hallie takes a personalized, whole-person approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs, goals, and strengths.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, mood challenges, stress, life transitions, or health-related concerns, Hallie works with you to build insight, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. Sessions may include evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, or mindfulness, and if you desire, faith-based integration is available.
You don’t have to have everything figured out—therapy is a space to be real, ask questions, and grow at your own pace. Hallie is here to meet you where you are and support you as you move toward a more grounded, functional, and fulfilling life.
Therapy Intensives:
Hallie offers extended therapy intensives for pediatric patients and their families after a child has been diagnosed with a new condition such as a Functional Neurologic Disorder (Conversion Disorder), Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizures, chronic pain, EDS, POTS, somatic symptom disorder, etc…
Maybe you are feeling unheard, confused, and a bit gaslit when your doctor suggested establishing care with a mental health provider versus prescribing some kind of medical treatment for your child’s symptoms. Perhaps you’ve been searching for a therapist who actually understands these complex, mind-body conditions—only to be told no one’s available or that you’ll need to wait months (or longer) for an appointment. Rest assured, Hallie has walked with many families who have felt this way and is here to help.
During these intensive sessions, Hallie will conduct a comprehensive diagnostic assessment, provide patients and families with psychoeducation about their condition, and provide recommendations for ongoing treatment and management of their condition.
Unlike individual therapy, where clients meet with Hallie regularly over an extended period of time, therapy intensives are designed to be a short term intervention where patients and families are provided with information, resources, and support in a comprehensive and condensed format.
